Who We Are
ATM GROUP (Shanghai United Metal Material Co., Ltd.) is a leading manufacturer specializing in Metal Injection Molding (MIM), MBJ magnetic processing, and high-performance rare-earth magnets including NdFeB and SmCo.
Founded in 2003, we have grown from a single production line into a multi-division enterprise serving clients in over 30 countries. Our integrated capabilities — from material formulation and mold design to sintering, machining, surface treatment and quality inspection — enable us to deliver complete solutions under one roof.

Our Capabilities
- MIM Production: 50–500 ton capacity, parts from 0.5g to 200g, tolerances to ±0.03mm
- MBJ (Metal Binder Jetting): full-density metal 3D printing — complex geometries, no support structures, high-throughput batch production
- NdFeB Magnets: N30–N55 grades, arc/block/ring/disc shapes, Ni-Cu-Ni / Zn / Epoxy coatings
- SmCo Magnets: SmCo5 and Sm2Co17 grades, operating temperatures up to 350°C
- Quality Lab: CMM measurement, salt spray testing, magnetic flux measurement, metallographic analysis
